Low-income clients - 25% discount (upon proof of income)
Initial in-office consultation - $350.00 (up to 1 hour)
Independent legal advice - $415.00 (up to 1 hour)
Uncontested Divorce - $850.00 plus disbursements
Foreign Divorce Opinion Letter - $300.00
Simple Will - $395.00
Powers of Attorney - $150.00
Spousal Wills - $300.00 per spouse
Codicil - $195.00
Spousal Codicils - $150.00 per spouse

Probate Application - $1,300.00 plus disbursements

Real Estate Purchase (Residential)(with one mortgage) - varies based on purchase price

Mortgage Refinance (Residential) (with one discharge) - $950.00 plus disbursements
Notarizing document (one document) - $50.00 per signature (tax incl.)
Notarizing multiple documents - $50.00 for 1st + discounts for balance
